Models are really hot and entertaining.
There are some photo and video sets available.
Models are very responsive, not annoyed or anything.
Interesting is that topcams is very much like seventeenlive (even a lot of models are the same) but actually costs less.
Value for your money is not bad (even though the weak dollar is not favorable for Americans).

Cons

Same models seem to work similar times making it difficult to always see different models available.
The vip rooms access are very costly.
Sessions are of a very softcore nature, toying sessions or alike seem rare.

Bottom Line

TopCams seems to be an interesting solution for those of you looking for Dutch amateur content on a flat rate rather than expensive per minute charges.
